Compañía de artes escénicas y medios digitales interactivos S.C.
(Performing arts and interactive digital media company)
Create experiences that boost the artistic, scientific and technologic thinking
We are artists in constant change, transformation and rearrangement.
We normally like the algorithmic, the random and the generative.
We are generally non conformists and full of curiosity.
We frequently feel lost.
We are always looking for new possibilities (or apparently new possibilities)
We want to learn, to grow, to develop.
We are searching for our voice.
Currently we are formed by:
José Vega-Cebrián (Sejo), Mexico, 1989. Director and co-founder of Escenaconsejo. Interested in the relationships between computation and choreographic creation. She was an ISVP student at Gibney Dance, premier formation center for contemporary dance in New York City. Interested in always learning; in finding an intelligent dancistic language with a choreographic base that challenges the mind of the performers and the spectators; and in promoting the existence of an active audience, which finds pleasure in thinking and analyzing what it is happening in the performance. She was a performer in the awarded piece [Inserte un sustantivo opcionalmente seguido de un adjetivo, o bien, un enunciado relevante] ([Insert a noun optionally followed by an adjective, or, a relevant sentence]) of Emergencia Coreográfica 2013 (Choreographic Emergency).
